In section 119 (territorial application)—

(a)

in subsection (1)(a), for “the United Kingdom or UK territorial sea” substitute “Guernsey or Guernsey’s territorial sea;”.

(b)

in subsection (1)(b)—

(i)

for “the United Kingdom”, where these words first occur, substitute “Guernsey”; and

(ii)

for “the United Kingdom or UK territorial sea” substitute “Guernsey or Guernsey’s territorial sea”;

(c)

in subsection (1)(c), for “the United Kingdom or UK territorial sea”, in both places where these words occur, substitute “Guernsey or Guernsey’s territorial sea”; and

(d)

omit subsections (3) and (4).
