In Schedule 7 (consequential amendments)—

(a)

omit paragraphs 1, 3 to 8, 15, 16, 19 to 24, 37 and 38; and

(b)

for paragraph 31 substitute the following—

“(31)
In section 393 (general restrictions on disclosure of information) in subsections (5) after paragraph (1) insert—

“(a)
the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006;””.
