Paragraph 2
For Article 3(1), substitute “(1) Sections 102, 106(4) and (5), 109(6) and 110(1) of, and Part IV of Schedule 7 to, the Telecommunications Act 1984f1 shall extend to Guernsey subject to the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order.”.
