Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 20(3) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949^f1, section 108 of the Telecommunications Act 1984^f2 and section 204(6) of the Broadcasting Act 1990^f3, is pleased, by and with the advice of her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
