# The Wireless Telegraphy (Jersey) Order 2003, Paragraph 11


In section 91—
(a) in subsection (1), the words “or for the forfeiture of any apparatus under section 80 or 81 above” and the words from “(whether” to “leave)”, and
(b) subsection (4),
shall be omitted.
