  "text": "In section 50 (apparatus on foreign registered ships)—\n(a) in subsection (1), for “the United Kingdom and UK territorial sea” substitute “Jersey and Jersey’s territorial sea”;\n(b) for subsection (3), substitute the following —\n“(3) Any Regulations made under subsection (2) above, which specify a penalty for an offence against those Regulations by reference to a level on the standard scale, shall have effect in relation to Jersey as if for each such reference there were substituted a reference to the next lower level in the standard scale as defined in section 115.”;\n(c) in subsection (6)—\n(i) in paragraph (a), for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Jersey”; and\n(ii) in paragraph (b), for “any of the Channel Islands” substitute “the Bailiwick of Guernsey”.",
