  "text": "In section 95 (Part 5: interpretation)—\n(a) in subsection (1)—\n(i) in the definition of “external waters” for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Jersey” and for “UK” substitute “Jersey’s”;\n(ii) in the definition of “high seas” for “UK” substitute “Jersey’s” and for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Jersey”; and\n(b) for subsection (2) substitute the following —\n“(2) For the purposes of this Part references to an “Island person” are references to—\n(a) a British citizen, a British overseas territories citizen, a British National (overseas) or a British Overseas citizen;\n(b) a person who, under the British Nationality Act 1981 (c.61) is a British subject; or\n(c) a British protected person within the meaning given by section 50(1) of that Act,\nwho is ordinarily resident in Jersey.”.",
