in subsection (1), for “A justice of the peace” substitute “The Bailiff”;

(b)

in subsection (2), for “constable or” substitute “police officer, who may be accompanied by”;

(c)

omit subsections (4) and (5);

(d)

in subsection (6), for “A person authorised by OFCOM or the Secretary of State to exercise a power conferred by this section” substitute “A police officer”; and

(e)

omit subsection (9).
