  "text": "In Schedule 5 (forfeiture on conviction)—\n(a) in paragraph 1(1), for “OFCOM” substitute “the Treasurer of the States of Jersey”;\n(b) in paragraph 1(4) omit clause (b);\n(c) in paragraph 1(5) omit clause (c);\n(d) for paragraph 4 substitute—\n“4. Apparatus ordered to be forfeited under paragraph 1 or 2 may be retained, disposed or deal with by the Treasurer of the States of Jersey in such manner as he may think fit.”.\n(e) in paragraph 5 for “OFCOM” in each place where it occurs, substitute “The Treasurer of the States of Jersey”; and\n(f) omit paragraphs 6 and 7.",
