# The Wireless Telegraphy (Jersey) Order 2006, Paragraph 61


In Schedule 9 (repeals)—
(a) in Part 1, omit all the items and entries except those in respect of—
Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949;
Marine etc. Broadcasting (Offences) Act 1967;
Wireless Telegraphy Act 1967;
Telecommunications Act 1984;
Broadcasting Act 1990; and
Communications Act 2003;
(b) Omit Part 2.
