# The Wireless Telegraphy (Jersey) Order 2006, Paragraph 4


After sub-paragraph 110(c) insert—
“(cc) in paragraph 23 omit sub-paragraph 1(c)(i);
(cd) in sub-paragraph (2) omit the words “(or that Act of 1949); and
(ce) omit sub-paragraph (3).”.
