  "text": "(1) After the giving of notice under regulation 69(a), OFCOM shall publish on their internet website—\n(a) the names of the winning bidders;\n(b) in respect of each such winning bidder—\n(i) the selection of lots included in its winning principal stage bid; and\n(ii) the base price for its winning principal stage bid;\n(2) If any winning bidder is excluded from the award process in accordance with regulation 70(3), OFCOM shall publish the name of that bidder on their internet website.",
