# The Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Award) Regulations 2012, Regulation 71: Publication of results of principal stage

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) After the giving of notice under regulation 69(a), OFCOM shall publish on their internet website—
(a) the names of the winning bidders;
(b) in respect of each such winning bidder—
(i) the selection of lots included in its winning principal stage bid; and
(ii) the base price for its winning principal stage bid;
(2) If any winning bidder is excluded from the award process in accordance with regulation 70(3), OFCOM shall publish the name of that bidder on their internet website.
