  "text": "(1) Where 2.6 GHz paired frequency lots were included in only one winning principal stage bid, OFCOM shall assign to the bidder that submitted that winning principal stage bid the frequencies corresponding to the block of numbered 2.6 GHz paired frequency lots that satisfies the conditions in paragraph (2).\n(2) The conditions are that—\n(a) the number of 2.6 GHz paired frequency lots contained within that block is equal to the number of 2.6 GHz paired frequency lots selected in that winning principal stage bid; and\n(b) 2.6 GHz paired frequency lot 1 is contained within that block.",
