  "heading": "FREQUENCY LOTS",
  "text": "In these Regulations—\n(a) “800 MHz paired frequency lot” means any one of the four numbered 800 MHz paired frequency lots listed in Column (1) of Table 1 comprising the frequencies listed in the corresponding entry in Column (2) of the same table;\n(b) “2.6 GHz paired frequency lot” means any one of the fourteen numbered 2.6 GHz paired frequency lots listed in Column (1) of Table 2 comprising the frequencies listed in the corresponding entry in Column (2) of the same table;\n(c) “2.6 GHz individual frequency lot” means any one of the nine numbered 2.6 GHz individual frequency lots listed in Column (1) of Table 3 comprising the frequencies listed in the corresponding entry in Column (2) of the same table;\n(d) “800 MHz coverage obligation lot” means the frequencies 811-821 MHz and 852-862 MHz;\n(e) “2.6 GHz concurrent low power 10 MHz lot” means the frequencies corresponding to any two sequentially numbered 2.6 GHz paired frequency lots, available in this award process for low power use by up to ten licensees concurrently;\n(f) “2.6 GHz concurrent low power 20 MHz lot” means the frequencies corresponding to any four sequentially numbered 2.6 GHz paired frequency lots, available in this award process for low power use by up to ten licensees concurrently;\n(g) “lot” means any lot which falls within one of the different types of lots in paragraphs (a) to (f);\n(h) a reference to “type of lot” shall be construed as a reference to any one of the different types of lot in paragraphs (a) to (f);\n(i) a reference to a numbered 800 MHz paired frequency lot, a numbered 2.6 GHz paired frequency lot or a numbered 2.6 GHz individual frequency lot means the lot with that number in Column 1 of Table 1, Table 2 or Table 3 (as the case may be); and\n(j) a reference to a “block” of numbered 800 MHz paired frequency lots, numbered 2.6 GHz paired frequency lots or numbered 2.6 GHz individual frequency lots is to be construed as a reference to a block of sequentially numbered lots.\nTable 1\nColumn (1)\n800 MHz paired frequency lots\nColumn (2)\nFrequencies (MHz)\n800 MHz paired frequency lot 1\n791-796 and 832-837\n800 MHz paired frequency lot 2\n796-801 and 837-842\n800 MHz paired frequency lot 3\n801-806 and 842-847\n800 MHz paired frequency lot 4\n806-811 and 847-852\nTable 2\nColumn (1)\n2.6 GHz paired frequency lots\nColumn (2)\nFrequencies (MHz)\n2.6 GHz paired frequency lot 1\n2500-2505 and 2620-2625\n2.6 GHz paired frequency lot 2\n2505-2510 and 2625-2630\n2.6 GHz paired frequency lot 3\n2510-2515 and 2630-2635\n2.6 GHz paired frequency lot 4\n2515-2520 and 2635-2640\n2.6 GHz paired frequency lot 5\n2520-2525 and 2640-2645\n2.6 GHz paired frequency lot 6\n2525-2530 and 2645-2650\n2.6 GHz paired frequency lot 7\n2530-2535 and 2650-2655\n2.6 GHz paired frequency lot 8\n2535-2540 and 2655-2660\n2.6 GHz paired frequency lot 9\n2540-2545 and 2660-2665\n2.6 GHz paired frequency lot 10\n2545-2550 and 2665-2670\n2.6 GHz paired frequency lot 11\n2550-2555 and 2670-2675\n2.6 GHz paired frequency lot 12\n2555-2560 and 2675-2680\n2.6 GHz paired frequency lot 13\n2560-2565 and 2680-2685\n2.6 GHz paired frequency lot 14\n2565-2570 and 2685-2690\nTable 3\nColumn (1)\n2.6 GHz individual frequency lots\nColumn (2)\nFrequencies (MHz)\n2.6 GHz individual frequency lot 1\n2570-2575\n2.6 GHz individual frequency lot 2\n2575-2580\n2.6 GHz individual frequency lot 3\n2580-2585\n2.6 GHz individual frequency lot 4\n2585-2590\n2.6 GHz individual frequency lot 5\n2590-2595\n2.6 GHz individual frequency lot 6\n2595-2600\n2.6 GHz individual frequency lot 7\n2600-2605\n2.6 GHz individual frequency lot 8\n2605-2610\n2.6 GHz individual frequency lot 9\n2610-2620",
