  "text": "TELEGRAPHS\nMade 30th July 1997\nLaid before Parliament 31st July 1997\nComing into force 1st September 1997\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949, and now vested in her, the power conferred on her by article 8 of the Department of Trade and Industry (Fees) Order 1988, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby, with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations:",
