  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations substitute a new regulation 2(b) in the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1998 (S.I. 1998/1567) for the purpose of applying the appropriate sub-division lettering to the new licence class of On-Site Private Business Radio in regulation 5(3) of the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/1331, as amended by S.I.s 1996/1464, 1997/1006, 1997/1885, 1998/460 and 1998/1567).",
