  "text": "In regulation 2 of the principal Regulations,\n(a) the words“or which relates to the frequencies appearing in the second column of Part I of the Schedule whose use is permitted by such licence,” shall be deleted; and\n(b) for the word“third” in paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the word“second”; and\n(c) for the word“fourth” in paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the word“third”; and\n(d) paragraph (c) shall be deleted.",
