In regulation 3 of the principal Regulations,

(a)

after the word “where” in paragraph (4) there shall be inserted the words “the frequency and”;

(b)

for the table in the said paragraph there shall be substituted the table set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations; and

(c)

for the words “20th November 1990” in paragraph (6) there shall be substituted the words “17th January 1992”.
