In regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations,

(a)

for the table in paragraph (4) there shall be substituted the table set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations;

(b)

before the word “Local” in lines 1 and 4 of paragraph (6) there shall be inserted the words “National and”; and

(c)

for the words “17th January 1992” in paragraph (6) there shall be substituted the words “25th February 1994”.
