  "text": "TELEGRAPHS\nMade 4th June 1996\nLaid before Parliament 6th June 1996\nComing into force 1st July 1996\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949, and now vested in him, the power conferred on him by article 8 of the Department of Trade and Industry (Fees) Order 1988, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby, with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations:",
