# The Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/1331) by varying the fees payable in relation to wireless telegraphy licences granted under section 1 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949 (c. 54) in the category headed Public Mobile Communications (formerly Public Mobile Radio).
