  "text": "The Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Regulations) 1995 are hereby amended as follows:\n(a) for the table in Schedule 3, there shall be substituted the table set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations; and\n(b) for the provisions in Schedule 4 relating to the category headed “Public Mobile Radio”, there shall be substituted the provisions relating to the category headed “Public Mobile Communications” set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.",
