  "text": "TELEGRAPHS\nMade 27th February 1998\nLaid before Parliament 2nd March 1998\nComing into force 1st April 1998\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949, and now vested in her, the power conferred on her by article 8 of the Department of Trade and Industry (Fees) Order 1988, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby, with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations:",
