  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1999/1774 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nTELEGRAPHS\nMade 3rd December 1999\nLaid before Parliament 9th December 1999\nComing into force 31st December 1999\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1998 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and having regard to the matters specified in section 2(2) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations—",
