These Regulations other than regulation 2(d)(vii) and Schedule 2 to the extent that such provisions relate to the Permanent Earth Station Licence 19th July 2001

Whereas the Secretary of State has published in the L_ndon, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes the notice required by section 6(2) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1998 (“the 1998 Act”) and has considered the representations made to him within the time specified in that notice;
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 of the 1998 Act and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and having regard to the matters specified in section 2(2) of the 1998 Act, hereby makes the following Regulations—
