These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 19th July 2001 other than regulation 2(d)(vii) and Schedule 2 to the extent that such provisions relate to the Permanent Earth Station Licence and which shall come into force on 30th October 2001.
