In regulation 4 (licence charges and time of payment)—

(a)

in paragraph (2), after “"Programme Making and Special Events in Schedule 2” insert “and the Self Co-ordinated Links licence class (which is listed under the heading “Fixed Links” in Schedule 2),”; and

(b)

in paragraph (4), after “shall” insert “, in respect of all classes of licence other than the “Point to Point Fixed Links” licence class (which is listed under the heading “Fixed Links” in Schedule 2),”.
