Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 13 February 2008.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) Regulations 2005f1.
