These Regulations amend the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) Regulations 2020 (S.I. 2020/1068, as amended by S.I. 2021/1117, S.I. 2022/1310, S.I. 2023/400 and S.I. 2024/1318) (“the 2020 Regulations”).

These Regulations amend the 2020 Regulations to introduce charges for use of the 2320-2340 megahertz spectrum band for the Shared Access (Lower Power) licence class.

These Regulations also amend the 2020 Regulations to make changes to the charges for Shared Access medium power licences in rural and urban areas.
