Whereas the Secretary of State has published in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes the notice required by section 6(2) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1998 (“the 1998 Act”)^f1 and has considered the representations made to her within the time specified in that notice;

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 1 of the 1998 Act^f2 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, and having regard to the matters specified in section 2(2) of the 1998 Act, hereby makes the following Regulations—
