# The Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) Regulations 2002, Regulation 7: Application


Nothing in regulation 4 or Schedule 2 shall apply to a Transmission of National and Local Radio Broadcasting Services Licence where the licensee’s coverage is not specified in the list.
