# The Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) Regulations 2020, Paragraph 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Where the number of the bandwidth (in MHz) of a co-ordinated two-way fixed link (or a part thereof) as set out in the licensee’s licence is less than 1.0, the number of the Bandwidth Factor shall be 1.0.
