  "text": "In regulation 5(3) of the principal Regulations—\n(a) omit sub-paragraph (j);\n(b) for sub-paragraph (k) substitute the following sub-paragraph—\n“(j) in the case of an application in respect of a mobile station, an indication of whether or not the station is to be established on board—\n(i) an aircraft; or\n(ii) a ship; and”; and\n(c) renumber sub-paragraph (l) as (k).",
