# The Wireless Telegraphy (Licensing Procedures) (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Regulation 4: Amendment of regulation 6


(1) In regulation 6(1) of the principal Regulations, for “Licences are granted” substitute “Licences may be granted”.
(2) For regulation 6(2) of the principal Regulations, substitute—
“(2) Licences may also be granted subject to the other terms, provisions and limitations in the case of any particular licence which are contained in the publication Wireless Telegraphy Act Licensing (Terms, Provisions and Limitations) 2016 published by OFCOM.”.
