Regulation 8 Amendment of Part 5 of the Schedule

In paragraph 8 of Part 5 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations—

(a)

for the comma between the words “Non-Operational Temporary Use” and “Non-Operational Development”, substitute “and”; and

(b)

omit the words “and Ground Probing Radar”.
