# The Wireless Telegraphy (Licensing Procedures) Regulations 2006, Paragraph 10


For the licence classes Non-Operational Temporary Use, Non-Operational Development, and Ground Probing Radar the applicant shall provide a description of the configuration of any apparatus for which authorisation is sought, the purpose for which it will transmit and the intended geographical range of operation.
