For the licence classes Aircraft and Aircraft (Transportable) the following information shall be provided—

(a)

the make, model, and serial number of station or apparatus for which authorisation is sought;

(b)

the registration number and make and model of the aircraft on which the station will be established or apparatus installed; and

(c)

the take off weight of that aircraft and the intended use of that aircraft.
