# The Wireless Telegraphy (Licensing Procedures) Regulations 2010, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Licensing Procedures) Regulations 2010 and shall come into force on 9th August 2010.
