  "text": "(1) The Wireless Telegraphy (Mobile Spectrum Trading) Regulations 2011 are amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.\n(2) In regulation 4(3), after the words “Paragraph (1) shall apply to wireless telegraphy licences” delete the words to the end and insert “which are within one of the licence classes listed in Column 1 of the Schedule and which authorise the operation of a wireless telegraphy station or wireless telegraphy apparatus on frequencies in any of the frequency bands listed in Column 2 of the Schedule.”.\n(3) In regulation 5(a)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (i), after the words “under a wireless telegraphy licence” delete the words to the end and insert “which is within one of the licence classes listed in Column 1 of the Schedule and which authorises the operation of a wireless telegraphy station or wireless telegraphy apparatus on frequencies in any of the frequency bands listed in Column 2 of the Schedule;”; and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (ii), after the words “under a wireless telegraphy licence” delete the words to the end and insert “which is within one of the licence classes listed in Column 1 of the Schedule and which authorises the operation of a wireless telegraphy station or wireless telegraphy apparatus on frequencies in any of the frequency bands listed in Column 2 of the Schedule; or”.\n(4) For the Schedule substitute—\n“SCHEDULE\nLicence classes and frequency bands\nRegulations 4 and 5\nColumn 1\nLicence classes\nColumn 2\nFrequency bands\nPublic Wireless Network\nSpectrum Access\n791-821 MHz\n832-862 MHz\n880-915 MHz\n925-960 MHz\n1710-1781.7 MHz\n1805-1876.7 MHz\n1899.9-1980 MHz\n2110-2170 MHz\n2500-2690 MHz\n”",
