# The Wireless Telegraphy (Recognised Spectrum Access Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Recognised Spectrum Access Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 12th December 2011.
