  "text": "(1) In regulation 4(1)(a) of the Wireless Telegraphy (Register) Regulations 2004 (the “principal Regulations”) after “Parts 1 to 8” insert “and 10”.\n(2) After Part 9 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations add a new Part 10 as follows—\n“PART 10\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nClasses\nFrequency bands\nBusiness Radio (Simple UK)\n26.2 – 87.50 MHz\nBusiness Radio (Suppliers Light)\n136 – 208 MHz\nBusiness Radio (Simple Site)\n425 – 470 MHz\nBusiness Radio (Area Defined)\n132 – 134 kHz\nBusiness Radio (Technically Assigned)\n146 – 148 kHz\n”.",
