# The Wireless Telegraphy (Register) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2008, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Register) Regulations 2004


Part 4 of the Schedule to the Wireless Telegraphy (Register) Regulations 2004 is amended by inserting in Column 2 of Part 4 of the Schedule after “422.0 MHz to 424.0 MHz”—
“
542–550 MHz
742–750 MHz
758–766 MHz
”.
