Coming into force 1st October 1994
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and 3(1)(a) and (b) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949and now vested in him, the power conferred on him by section 84(1)(b) of the Telecommunications Act 1984and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
