# The Wireless Telegraphy (Short Range Devices) (Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Short Range Devices) (Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 15th September 1997.
