# The Wireless Telegraphy (Short Range Devices) (Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Short Range Devices) (Exemption) Regulations 1993


Regulation 1 of the Principal Regulations shall be re-numbered as regulation 1(1) and there shall be added the following paragraph —
“(2) These Regulations shall extend to the Bailiwick of Jersey, the Bailiwick of Guernsey and the Isle of Man.”.
