Regulation 5 Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Short Range Devices) (Exemption) Regulations 1993

Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations shall be re-numbered as regulation 3(1) and there shall be added the following paragraph —

“(2)

In these Regulations, “telecommunication apparatus”, “telecommunication service” and “telecommunication system” shall be construed in accordance with section 4 of the Telecommunications Act 1984.”.
