(1) In Column 1 of Part 4 of the Schedule after “Spectrum Access” insert “Business Radio (Technically Assigned)”.
(2) In Column 2 of Part 4 of the Schedule after “1452-1492 MHz” insert—

(3) After Part 7 of the Schedule add Part 8 and Part 9 as follows—
