  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Wireless Telegraphy (Spectrum Trading) Regulations 2012 (S.I. 2012/2187, amended by S.I. 2015/1338) by removing the reference to the frequency bands 742–750 MHz, 758–766 MHz and 3605–3689 MHz in Schedule 2.\nA full regulatory impact assessment of the effect that this instrument will have on the costs to business and the voluntary sector is available to the public from OFCOM at Riverside House, 2a Southwark Bridge Road, London SE1 9HA (Tel: 020 7981 3000) or on OFCOM’s website at www.ofcom.org.uk. Copies of this assessment have also been placed in the libraries of both Houses of Parliament.",
