Regulation 2 Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Spectrum Trading) Regulations 2012
Schedule 2 to the Wireless Telegraphy (Spectrum Trading) Regulations 2012f1 is amended as follows:
(a)
in the table in Part 11, delete the words “742–750 MHz” and “758–766 MHz” in Column 2; and
(b)
in the table in Part 14, delete the words “3605–3689 MHz” in Column 2.
